I’ve made different variations of this dish throughout the years, but this one has the been the favorite of my family so far. It takes a classic Italian dish and turns it into a relatively quick weeknight dinner. Add a Caesar salad, some crusty bread, a great bottle of red wine, and you’re done.
One Skillet Weeknight Lasagna
Honey Dijon Salmon
